🔲 Construction Documents: full set of construction documents in PDF format. This should be aggregated into a single PDF file and compressed or zipped to a maximum file size of 100 mb per file.

🔲 Specifications: a complete copy of the design specifications package, aggregated into a single PDF file and compressed or zipped to a maximum file size of 100mb.

🔲 Purchase Orders (preferred): aggregated purchase orders, saved as a CSV file (100 mb limit)

🔲 Project Matrix: a complete matrix, saved as a CSV file (100 mb limit)

If you would like to submit both a project matrix and purchase orders, please add as separate tabs to one CSV file.

🔲 Project Budget: budgeted/target cost/sf

🔲 Design Narrative: 300 word minimum project description. Please include the property’s official name, project location (city and country), relevant dates (opening date/date of completion), room count for hotels, % of budget that went to sustainability story products, and a brief summary of the principal features, i.e. design intent, challenges, resources, and which aspects of the project demonstrates excellence and thought leadership in the concept and execution.
