🔲 Construction Documents: full set of construction documents in PDF format. This should be aggregated into a single PDF file and compressed or zipped to a maximum file size of 100 mb per file.

🔲 Project Matrix: a complete matrix, saved as a CSV file (100 mb limit)

🔲 Purchase Orders: aggregated purchase orders, saved as a CSV, or PDF file (100 mb limit)

🔲 Specifications: a complete copy of the design specifications package, aggregated into a single PDF file and compressed or zipped (100 mb limit)

🔲 Project Budget: budgeted/target cost/sf

🔲 Design Narrative: 300 word minimum project description. Please provide a summary of the project’s key features including design intent, key resources, potential challenges, and any other necessary project details. Please describe how the project demonstrates excellence and thought leadership in both concept and execution. Explain how design for sustainability was integral to the project and how FF&E selections supported that.
